About- Chauffeurs
*** All drivers must assist passengers with their luggage and personal effects without passengers having to request such services. Failure to assist a passenger results in disciplinary action.
*** Abe's Limousine Service requires all drivers to wear a suit & tie. Drivers are instructed to keep their jacket and tie on at all times.
*** All New hires are required to attend The Smith System defensive driving training program. The Smith System is the only defensive driving course with hands-on over the road requirements.
*** All New hires participate in a 3 week training program. Training includes a classroom orientation about Abe's Limousine Service procedures, and on the road training with a senior chauffeur.
Pick up Instructions
Curbside pick up:
The driver will pick you up Curb Side at Airport. The baggage claim area to Curb Side is only 15 feet (under the same airlines signboard). It takes Two Phone Calls and No Waiting Time. First, please call at 561-547-7773 or 888-547-7773 as soon as you get off the plane. Second, after you pick up your luggage from baggage claim please call us with the same number. Our driver will meet you promptly. The attendant will tell you where to wait for your Driver.
Baggage Claim- The "Meet and Greet"
A great way to be welcomed by our company! The driver will arrive at the baggage claim holding a sign with the client's name in front of the Escalator.
Cell Phone Pick up:
Contact us directly at 561-547-7773. The dispatcher will find out where you are and get an idea of the time that you will need to be picked up. Then you will be told what door to exit and where you will be picked up. We will page our driver to pick you up on Ground level and inform our driver what door you exited. The Driver will pick you up in Front of the Terminal.
Domestic Flights:
Our chauffeur will meet you at the Baggage Claim holding a sign in front of the Escalator displaying your last name.
International Flights:
Our chauffeur will meet you outside of Customs holding a sign displaying your last name.
Very Important
If you can't locate your driver for any reason, Do Not Leave as you will be charged as a No-Show. Please Call Us Immediately and we will assist you to locate your driver.
